SPECIAL REFILL
To qualify for special refill rate, rebooking must be within 2 weeks (14 calendar days). Refill up to your last service eyelash count up for up to 60 minutes long.

REGULAR REFILL
Booking beyond 2 weeks (after 14 calendar days from previous appointment) for 20 eyelashes per eye for up to 30 minutes long.

FIX
Must notify us immediately AND be assessed within 2 days after the service appointment

APPOINTMENT
The technician might change due to unforeseen situations, cancellation is not permitted. Specifying technician is not our policy and cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate however, it is not a valid reason to cancel appointment.

CANCELLATION
You must phone in 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Since we operate on appointment basis only, after 24 hours, there will be a booking charge levied of $40+GST for last minute cancellations & no-shows on your next appointment.

WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY CONTACT
Phone calls and emails are not taken on closed hours. Please contact us on weekdays during our normal business hours.

(For Monday appointment change, please call us before 6:00pm on the previous Saturday.)

NO-SHOWS AND LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you find that you cannot make it, we require at 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time. Last minute cancellations/no-shows will be charged $40+HST for refill appointments and $65+HST for full set appointments. Please call us before 6:00pm on Friday if you have to cancel or change Monday appointment.

PETS AND CHILDREN
Please do not bring your pet(s) or children under age 10 to your appointment.
